update: Glitches are fixed but Theft

So i came back to this game after an update... Glitches are gone gameplay is smoother but i paid money out of my itunes and never got the creds in my game. after a few emails theres is a horrible refund process that basically make me feel robbed of my 9.99. i hope apple can get my money back. anyone else get jipped when they made a in-game purchase?
