Major Bugs with Tournaments

I like the game but am annoyed that one of the only ways to earn gold coins and pickles is to play tournaments or pay cash, however there is bugs that are causing the rewards to not be given. I havent been receiving the level/plays rewards or the rank rewards. The game is not registering my rank and often says that I havent played yet even though I have cleared almost all the levels or played several plays. It makes playing the quests difficult and the game overall frustrating. I am also upset that their customer service responded by asking me to explain my issue repeatedly as if they were not reading my emails. I get that these types of games often want the player to spend money to level up vs doing it for free, but I thought that because it was a Cartoon Network game, it would be a little more budget friendly so that children would be allowed to play without their parents being charged ridiculous amounts of money.
